 
The bakery that supports Java Moon is a ‘one of a kind’ for Wyoming. The wood fired brick oven is unique and provides Java Moon the ability to ‘bake-off’ cakes, pastries, breads and pizzas every day, just in time for you to enjoy them fresh from the oven. Managed by Pete Serna, a graduate of the San Francisco School of Culinary Arts, the Java Moon Bakery provides everything sold ‘out front’ in the coffee shop. Pete can also make your specialty wedding cake, artisan breads, or pastries as a ‘special order’.
The bakery is a warm and wonderful part of the Java Moon experience… Pete and his ‘girls’ do everything right and you will taste the benefits of their efforts!!!
